The programme consists of 8 training weeks with 3 sessions per week, each with a duration of approximately 45 minutes.
The programme covers back squats, front squats, accessory strength work as well as specific warm ups to cover all your bases.
In addition to the 8 training weeks, we've included an extra taper week plus a test week, to prime you to re-test your numbers and smash some PBs!
Note: we recommend you start the programme having tested your 1RM front squat and back squat recently (within the last month).

The programme consists of 12 training weeks with 2 sessions per week, each with a duration of approximately 30-45 minutes.
The programme covers your warm up, main pull up progressions, plus accessory strength movements, structured to progress week-on-week.
Important: how long it takes you to get your first pull up can vary from weeks to months. Whilst we cannot guarantee you will get your first pull up in 12 weeks, we are confident that by consistently following the programme and repeating phases where necessary, you have everything you need to achieve your first pull up at your personal pace.
